9-May-10 5:00 PM CST "Change in Cold": A presentation on the International Polar Year
ECH is partnering with the Houston Museum of Natural Science to sponsor a "Change in Cold" presentation on the International Polar Year and funded by the PEW Center for Global Climate Change.
IPY is a large scientific program focused on the Arctic and the Antarctic which involve over 200 projects, with thousands of scientists from over 60 nations examining a wide range of physical, biological and social research topics.
