Dr. Karina Stokes of University of Houston will present a program on reviewing RFPs (Requests for Proposals) in order to figure out what the funding source really wants and what their values and priorities are so that your proposal can address those issues appropriately. She will also review the basics of what goes into a proposal (sections) and the basic dos and don'ts.
